When is my rent due?

Your rent is due each month on the day your contract was signed. For example, if you started your contract on the 4th of March, your rent will be due again on the 4th of April.

What is the length of my contract?

Because rent is set up on a month-to-month basis, you can decide how long you will need storage. The minimum rental period is one month.

Do I provide my own lock?

Yes, you do need to provide your own lock and we have locks available for purchase.

What is a heated unit?

A heated unit has a monitored temperature that never drops below freezing. Heated units are ideal for storing DVD’s, CD’s, videotapes, pictures, antiques, musical instruments, or any documents or possessions you may find to be temperature sensitive.

Can I drive up to my storage unit?

We have made it easy for you to unload your belongings by having wide driveway aisles. You may select a size that allows you to pull right up to your storage unit.

Who will have access to my storage unit besides myself?

When signing your contract, you specify who can have access to your storage unit.

Can I purchase insurance for the items I am storing?

Insurance can be purchased either through your personal insurance agent or a specialty storage insurance company. Please ask us for a brochure regarding insurance options.

When can I access my unit?

Gate options: Daily 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. (Optional 24-hour access)
